Married to more than one?What is the name of your state? Oregon I am still legally married to my ex here in Oregon...seperated over two years ago...divorce is pending....will be complete soon...no contesting etc... I am now wanting to remarry another man....can I marry him even though my first is not final yet... We want to do the reno marriage thing for fun in Nevada************** Would this be legal or will the marriage not be legit? Any info helps, Thanks |

| You have to wait till you are legally divorced in Oregon. There is no waiting period however, and the day after you two fools can rush on in to Reno and do the deed there.
