What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

My fiancee an i want to marry in oregon around my friends and family prior to moving back to Italy to my fiancee's work. Is there anything special paperwork we need, stuff he needs to bring with him for the license?

We will be living in Michigan for 3 months due to his job, getting married, flying back to Italy..
