Michigan Child Domicile/100 Mile Law Unconstitutional?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Michigan

Is the Michigan State domicile law for children unconstitutional? If you have children, and you live in Michigan, you must meet conditions "D'Onofrio Test", before you will be allowed to move out of the state. Further, due to the new 100 mile law, you are further restricted as far as where you can live within the state based on where the other parent of the child lives. What about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? What about literally being made a prisoner of a state within your own country, where you are supposed to be free? I thought the government of a State could not make laws that limit our rights given to us by the Federal government? Please clarify. Thanks!
