Misspelled order?

What is the name of your state?CA
If a judge has issued a stay away orded and the names are spelled wrong, is it still binding?

Well, if you recognize that the names are spelled wrong, then you must know who the Judge is referring to on the order. A typo doesn't give you a legal loophole to use so you can continue harrassing the parties seeking the protection order.

Leave them alone or go to jail, it's up to you.....
