Moms House, Not Dads

What is the name of your state? ohio
Mymom has been separated for 25 years or more. She is living in the house that HE bought for her and 4 children. She finally wants a divorce and I would like to know if she has to buy the house from him even though he NEVER lived there. She has been paying for the house & property tax on her own for at least 20 years. What is the name of your state?

Your mother needs to hire an attorney. She has issues too complex to handle with advice from an internet message board.

Yeah, it would be really unfair for a guy to share/recieve the profit of a house he bought when it sells, if he owns it or part of it.
