Question

Mothers Will

maryland i have all legal rights to my son, his dad signed over all his rights, but he is still very involved in my sons life.. if i make a will can i choose who i would want him to live with after i am gone, or does he automatically go to his dad?

You can not 'will' your son to anyone.. where your son would go is unknown since there are many factors.. but the father would probably have the best shot if no other man has since adopted the child.
