movin out

What is the name of your state? virginia

i know i've already posted about emancipation at 17. i want to move out as soon as im done with high school; my birthday is a couple days before graduation. i turn 17 then.. would it be possible to move out then? im looking for a job right now and more than likely i have one then. i'm plannin to move into my bf's home and pay rent to his mom. that way, i wouldnt be living with their support, i'd still be supporting myself. i have every intention of goin to some sort of college after highschool although unsure of my major. i also heard taht at 17, the "authorities" wouldnt care too much to go after my ass since i'd be 18 soon enough (unless my mom was to actually try hard enough to get me home, but i doubt it. i know she'll try somewhat, but not hard enough). do u think it's possible to up and leave without getting myself or anyone else in trouble with the law?

also, i read on a website that if i'm in highschool, i'll be emancipated at 19 or if i graduate, whichever is first. someone told me otherwise when i posted about emancipation. he/she stated that graduating isnt enough to get emancipated, but what if i have the intention of goin to school (college) and could support myself?

PS:
please dont post a reply if all you're gonna do is talk sh!t to me. i just wanted to get info, not some drama fest. thanks.
