MovingWhat is the name of your state? California I am pregnant and the father and I have split up. I am thinking about relocating to another state. Can he stop me and will I be breaking any laws? |

Are you married?that might change things a bit- On the assumption that you are not-nope, he can't keep you from moving while pregnant and you are not breaking any laws that I know of- not an attorney though-might want to consult one after the baby is born about support/visitation/custody- good luck |
