Moving

Indiana

Currently the finalization of divorce is pending. Custody of 2 children is 50/50. The question is, can one parent legally leave the state with the children as long as the other parent consents?

Yes, you do not need court permission if you have the consent of the other parent. You need the permission of the other parent OR permission from the court.
