What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? West Virginia

I am 17 years old. Next month i will be 18 on halloween. Do i have to wait until im 18 to move out or is there anyway i can move out now or sooner?

If you move out now, then you can be listed as a runaway. If you are found at friends, they can can be charged with custodial interference.
