 My cheating wife will not sign!! HELP!!!!!!!

My wife and I have not been living together for over 4 years now. She told me that we had a child together while we were living together. Than after she told me that the child was not mine, we split. While we were working everything out she got knocked up by her new boyfriend. She has had a few more children with him. (Whom she has NO CUSTODY of) Now 4 years later I find out though a Court Ordered DNA test that the child she told me was mine, I am not the father of. And for the past 4 years I have been trying to get a divorce from her, to move on with my life. But she would never sign the papers stating that I am the childs father and that I HAVE to pay every day for leaving them. (When she was the one that fled that state) But now what EVERYBODY knows that I am not the father and that she commited AUDLTRY, I want my divorce 100x's more! But I still can not get her to sign the SEPRATION papers! And I can not afford to put an add in the paper for 6 weeks, plus hire a lawyer. Does anybody know of anything that I can do to get my divorce?? |
