My ex wife suffers from depression and this minister was seeing her as a therapist until recommending the psycolgist she is currently seeing. The information I have suggest the minister was intersted in my ex-wife for the last five years. Do I have legal recourse against the minister and or church for interfering with my marriage? |
My response:
What you're asking, in a round-a-bout manner, is whether Kansas has a "cause of action" called "alienation of affections." And, the answer to that is "no." Therefore, you have no cause of action against anyone for the failure of your marriage.
