my church wrecked my marriage

What is the name of your state? kansas
I went thru a divorce (brought on by my ex-wife)last october. I have since learned that my ex-wife is in a relationship with a minster that she met a our church. My ex wife suffers from depression and this minister was seeing her as a therapist until recommending the psycolgist she is currently seeing. The information I have suggest the minister was intersted in my ex-wife for the last five years. Do I have legal recourse against the minister and or church for interfering with my marriage?

My response:

What you're asking, in a round-a-bout manner, is whether Kansas has a "cause of action" called "alienation of affections." And, the answer to that is "no." Therefore, you have no cause of action against anyone for the failure of your marriage.
