| TO become emancipated, her parents would have to consent and she'd have to prove that she is capable of supporting herself completely - rent (without a roommate), food, utilities, transportation, medical care/insurance, clothing, etc.

And like, wow, the state of Colorado has these, like, real strict requirements. Like: "Emancipated juvenile", means a juvenile over fifteen years of age and under eighteen years of age who has, with the real or apparent assent of the juvenile's parents, demonstrated independence from the juvenile's parents in matters of care, custody, and earnings. The term may include, but shall not be limited to, any such juvenile who has the sole responsibility for the juvenile's own support, who is married, or who is in the military." So, like, man, can she prove the above.... and will her parents give, like, permission?? Give me a shoutout or text me, if you know.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
