Broke up with girlfriend who has lived in my home for the past three years.
She acts as if we're still together and won't leave.
Can I put her out and change the locks?

Nope, she is legally a tenant. You have to follow your state's eviction process.

Nope. She has legally become a tenant, which means she has the right to remain until such time as she voluntarily lea es, or until she is evicted, whichever occurs first. Put her out with her things and lock her out, and you'll be opening yourself up to an illegal eviction.

I suggest you start reading up on the eviction process for your state.

I can think of a lot of ways to leave your lover. There must be at least fifty, minimum...

You just slip out the back, Jack, make a new plan, Stan, you don't need to be coy, Roy.....
