Is my EX right? What is the nameWhat is the name of your state? PA My soon to be ex husband, owes my children a lot of unpaid child support. He now had informed me through a close friend of ours, that if i want the arrears and future payments, i will have to have sex with him. He says as my husband he has that right. I have told him i would sooner go without the money for the children than do that. Is this matter serious enough to take to my attorney do you think? I am originally from australia and dont have much knowledge of the laws here. I dont want my attorney to think im bothering him, if it isnt a concern. Thank you in advance for any advice given of your state? |

| As stated before when you asked this question. Notify your lawyer and let him deal with it all. That is what he get's paid for.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.
