Is my marriage legal

What is the name of your state? Georgia.
I have been married to my husband for 7 years. We got married in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
What laws do we fall under being that we are both US citizens and got married in another country. Is our marriage legal? If we were to divorce what laws do we fall under?

As long as you met the requirements in Jamaica to get married, you're legally married. If you want to get divorced, you follow the laws in the state you're residents in.

Due to the military my husband is a florida resident and I am a Georgia resident. So which state would we fall under for divorce issues?

You need to follow the US Embassy's directions for marriage of USC overseas

They are legally married and do not have to have anything certified. They can have a consulate officer authenticate thier foreign marriage documents if they want to but it is not required.

If you were going to get divorced you would file in the state you are residing in at the time as long as you meet residency requirements. If you do not meet them you would have to wait till you do
