Is my marriage legal

What is the name of your state? Georgia.
I have been married to my husband for 7 years. We got married in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
What laws do we fall under being that we are both US citizens and got married in another country. Is our marriage legal? If we were to divorce what laws do we fall under?What is the name of your state?
