I am a truly responsible seinor in highschool who also attends a joint college program. I am 17 years old and have a big problem. I have always been a good kid. Don,t get me wrong I have done a few bad things but nothing major ( no legal or school trouble anyway). I am a catholic and attend a catholic highschool. In my new experience in college I have met some new people and have gained some new interests. I'm not talking about anything bad. I would just like to stay out past 10:00 on fri. and sat. Please understand that this is only a small part of my complaint. I don't want to bore you with whinning details. The point is that I have been invited to live with some of my new friends in college who are only one and a half years older in age. My parents say that if I try to move out that they will call the police on my friends and I, and have them arrestted for kidnapping or something while having me sent off to juvinille hall. My question is can I move out of my parents house with out the threat getting my friends or myself in trouble with the law.

thanks

Once you turn 18 you can decide where you want to live. Until then, your parents decide for you.
