state Ca- my girlfriend who is not a U.S. citizen is threatening me about taking my unborn child away(out the U.S.). also when the baby is born (sept.) she wants to take the baby to her mom's two bedrm apt with seven family members...I am offering her own aptmt. Is this a social services issue regarding what's healthy for the child..? |

Once the child is born, you can file for custody if you wish and if you believe the baby is in a harmful environment.
