My Wife Is Sending Pictures Over The Internet

Hi, fox.
In different occasions, I have found my wife sending her sexy pitures over the internet to using "Microsoft instante messenger".
I told her not to send pictures but she continued doing it. I do not what to do with her.
If I show this matter in court, do I have the right to divorce her? Can this be called "infidelity"?

You can divorce her for the above reasons, pictures on the internet is not Adultery, have a separation agreement drawn up, wait your year and get a divorce, I read your other thread, so divorce will affect her status in this country.
