Question

Name change question

What is the name of your state? Missouri

My husband is trying to file a name change for his daughter. She has her mother's maiden name and biomom has agreed to allow the name change uncontested. Do we need to file a letter stating that she consents? It isn't necessary for her to be served with papers, she has already agreed to sign whatever form she needs to.
