Naming my BabyWhat is the name of your state? Oklahoma My partner and I are planning on having a baby next year. We are going to use a sperm bank for a donor with my partner giving birth. Can the new child be given my last name or does the state mandate it be given the birth parents last name? |

| The new child can be given any name the mother so desires.

| Legal parent(s) can name their kids anything they want. Bio or not. My kids bioparents did not need to approve my daughter's current name.
