nebraska, adult with children dating 17 year old

We are wondering what would happen to an adult that has 3 children and is involved with a 17 year old boy. Would like to know the consequences that could occur to her or her children if their involvement is turned in. Can you please help us. It is very important to know as soon as possible.

It is illegal what she is doing, that is if they are having sexual relations.

She can be charged with rape....She could face some serious consequences. She could be labled a sex offender for a long time if she is guilty...She is doing something very wrong and being very selfish since she has children.

I would suggest that she stop this activity until the child turns 18...She is putting her children in danger of losing their Mother.

Wooooah.. slow down there gal. It depends on the state. In some states it would not be illegal since the boy is over 16. It also depends on the age of the woman. In FL for example, it would not be illegal if she was 23, but it is another matter if she is 25. That would be a second degree felony.
