Question

need advice on family concerning adoptee and birthmothers rights

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? GA birthmother and adoptee is in SC
HI
I am the birthmother i was forced 17 years ago to give up my parental rights after the grandparents hired a detective and found out I was working for escort service and I also made a stupid mistake and went to a former abuser who recorded a conversation between me and him for a friend of mine to buy her some marijunnia and I was set up and they took pictures of us meeting however he did not put drugs in the bag it was toliet paper instead. I fought DFAC and my mother and stepdad to regain custody of this child for 2 years of her life and at the time of the adoption I had went to my mother and stepdad and begged them to give me one year and I would be married and have a home and able to provide for my child I had just gotten out of abusive relationship and emontional mentally and physical I was drained and then I was hit with the adoption papers. I had planned to marry this guy who helped me get out of the abusive relationship. At the initinal court hearting the juvinal judge order me to go to parenting and also to take CPR course and also go to conselousing and if I left the abusive person the child should be return to me at which time. which I did. But then they went on to push the adoption once they found out I was with a new man and we planned to married. I have always loved my child and wanted to be a part of her life. The attorney my parents had told me if I did not sign my rights away he would drag me into court and I would be made to look like the smallest peice of trash once again and the clothes I had been getting for her was not a form of support because they were bought in the goodwill and I only wanted what was best for my child. I was exhausted mentally and emontionaly and sign the papers even though this was not what I truely wanted as I had wanted to get my child back and raise her with the man I was about to married and us be a family my child deserved. I tried to get DFAC to help me get a place so me and my child would be reunited but they refuse to help me they told me I had to do it on my own. I have tried to keep in contact with the child and now the child is 17 years old she has emontional and mental issues but she has come to me and told me she would like to live with me and would like to try school here . I have been married to my husband now for 14 years and we have a good marriage and we have a home we have been buying for 11 years now and in 8 years it will be ours land and home. Durning the time my parents have had my child they have moved from place to place and they live on social security and last night I told them the child would like to live here and go to school here and then I learned if it was not for the childs social security check they would lose the place they are living in. We would like to know seeing the child would like to live with her birthmom and has disablity at age 18 can she legal choice to come here to live with us she would love to come here now and she has 4 months before she is 18 years old she also still in school is thier anything we can do. She doesnt' want to go back to her adopted family but we don't know what the laws are can you please help us? Do we have any rights now? Can the child do anything? I am so tired of the child suffering and the tug of war between the family and I am afraid now for the child I have made it worst by tell the adopted parents/grandparents what she wanted to do and wanted to live with me and they could put her away or keep us from seeing each other now. I am also tired of them using her and her social security check so they have a place to live as a way to hold her thier as well. Please if anyone can help please let us know.
