The following text was on the Order to Show Cause from Family Court in Nassau County, NY and I have no idea what it means. It reads:

It is ordered: sufficient reason appearing therefor, let personal, pursuant to C.P.L.R. Sec. 308, service of a copy of this Order together with the papers which it was granted upon Respondent(s) on or before the 7th day of March 2001 be deemed sufficient service.

Does this mean we have to serve the paper or will certified mail suffice or does it mean the court served her?
