Need to get daughter out of Boarding school

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL
I put my daughter in a Christian boarding school,because of some of the things she was doing,now I am regretting it.They use handcuffs,they are not giving my daughter her medicine fo her bi-polar or her depression.Also we are moving back to Maryland and I do not want to leave without her.What can I do?
