need helpWhat is the name of your state?massachussets hi, I own a home with my boyfriend,whom we both want to break up. were both on the morgage.we also have a 4 year old daughter. is there any way that we can break up with out selling the house. also what happens when it comes to our child,i just want my daughter to have a home.we are both in credit card debt.what should i do? |

| Sure, if affordable, one can buy out the other's interest at the same time that they refinance them off the mortgage. I bought and financed my home before my husband and I were married. If neither of you can afford it alone, you may need to sell and buy a less expensive place, or a condo or duplex to live in instead.
