Need Help

2 yrs ago my daughters father beat her up. He was put in prison charged with injury to a child. Just around christmas time he sent my mother a post card, saying that when he gets out he wants to be a father to my child. I am afraid that if he is eventually able to have contact with her he might hurt her again. I am now married and she considers my husband her daddy, how do I go about terminating his rights before he gets out of jail?

You already have two other threads dedicated to this subject. You already have your answers. Why have you done nothing for the past week?
