Send a message via Yahoo to Zephyr
if you are not legally divorced- not just seperated, and he comes back here with his new wife, he could face bigamy charges, do not send your children to him out of the country.

are there any court orders regarding custody and visitation?

Are you here legally, do you have a green card? If so, you need to start applying for jobs asap.
If you have no home, where are you and your kids staying??
