PA ---- My ex-boyfriend will not get out of my apartment. He is not on my lease but according to the police i have to give him a 30 day notice but he will not sign it so what do i do now?

i wrote it up and gave it to him but he claims if he didn't sign it i have no proof that he has to leave. I am facing eviction because of this and he knows if he doesn't go i will be out also so he's waiting for that.
