need help about a baby

finding a child

i am from indiana. if a person had a baby years ago and was in a home for unwed mothers and she was 13 and her parents never let her name the baby or even see it how does she find information about the birth?? this happened in indiana and the unwed mothers home no longer exists and she doesn't know the name of the home. she does know the town. both of her parents are dead and she is on disability and doesn't have money to search so i thought i could help over the internet.
