What is the name of your state?

I need help regarding my marriage. I wanted to know is there any way besides divorce that will keep me from Legal liability when it comes to crimes that my husband possibility has or has commited? (ex of crimes: bad checks/theft of leased property)
I do not want to be under investigation or incarcerated HELP

How can you be held liable for a crime he commits? If you are on the checking account and he is writing bad checks, you may get in some trouble, but if you aren't the one signing the bad checks I doubt it will be much more then being held accountable for repayment. If there are criminal charges, he will have to face them.

sweetheart, you are an ass. Now, you think that posting it a number of times is going to get you a different answer?

Fine, go for it. I just hope you're here long enough to figure it out.
