Need Help on Common Law House SituationsTampa, FL I lived with someone for 10 years. We bought a house, but my name is not on the house, but I've done so much on it and he is selling it and I feel I deserve some of the money. We have 1 child together and we've been living in the house for 10 years. Can I receive monies from the house being sold. Please advise. |

| http://www.ncsl.org/programs/cyf/marriage.htm I do not see that Fl recognizes nor has grandfathered common law marriage. Are you on title?
