i live in south carolina and my husband has legal custody of his 12 year old son. his ex-wife is trying to have him locked up over child support for his daughter that lives with her. if she has him locked up can she legally take our son to go live with her. He says he will not go. what grounds do i have to keep him here with me??

Lets take a step back.. tell us about the CS order, how much is owed and previous court action.
