Need Help Urgently! ~ Writ of Mandate?

I live in California.

We just got a denial on our motion for recusal of a judge, and there are so many mistakes in there you just would not believe. We have serious doubts as to the authenticity of the decision on the motion, and we need to file a writ of mandate within 10 days. What exactly is it and how should it be organized? Who do we file it with? We only have about a week here, so please help! You can e-mail me at sparxdragonfly@aol.com or you can post here. E-mails would work a little better. Thanks in advance to anyone that helps out.

Well, frankly I think the Writ of Mandamus will get you no where but you can find out about the Writ by looking it up the California Rules of Civil Procedure.
