Need separation

What is the name of your state? Virginia

I was involved with someone for 4 years. We have lived in our current apartment for 6 months. We recently got married and she then cheated on me. I suspect that she is continuing to see this person.

She says she needs time to decide what to do. I want to make her move out so that she can have time to herself.

She is on the lease, but I am not sure if it is as an occupant or leasee as her credit was not good enough to get a apartment.

She is also an immigrant on a student visa that is coming up for expiration.
We have not yet filed for the marriage visa.

What are my options if I want her out to decide what she wants to do.
