Need some more advice

What is the name of your state? California
Some of you may have seen my post, "After five months of research, still have no answers". Well, since my fiance and I would love to be married in Hawaii, and there doesn't seem to be one state willing to allow minors to marry without consent, i've decided to try to locate my father and obtain his consent. The problem is, I hardly know my father, and i'm curious as to how I can convince a stranger to help me. Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
