Question

New marriage I have children he does not

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I live in PHX, AZ. My ex-husband and I share legal custody, but I have physical custody. I also have a restraining order against my ex-husband. Because of the emotional nature of my ex-husband, my fiance is concerned that if one of my girls were to get injured accidently (as children often do) at our house that my ex-husband could file a lawsuit. If we have taken a appropriate measures to ensure my girl's safety, can my ex-husband file a lawsuit for an injury?

Anyone can sue for anything. Whether he wins is another question - one no one here can answer.

Dude, it's always 12pm somewhere!

And heck, we all make mistakes sometimes - today was my turn.

"Dude," yer ass!

"Mistake"? Do you know how many posts you've written using "noone"? Do you know how many times I've had to correct you? There must be hundreds!

So, don't give me that "Dude" and "mistake" bull crap.

My, we're crabby today. S'okay. Funnily enough, I've flown under your radar for quite a while. So have at it. And have a lovely weekend. Cheers, sweetie!

MY RESPONSE: Too bad, though, that "funnily" isn't used in "normal" speech. It's antiquated and still looks and sounds like something out of "Trailer Park High" in Arkansas.

Nope. MIT. Graduated, even.

MY RESPONSE: Unfortunately, MIT must have changed it's name.

Tsk. A holiday weekend is the wrong time to be such a curmudgeon. Eat, drink, be merry! Lots of time on Tuesday to get grumpy!
