i have a brother with late stages of multiple sclerosis and his wish is to be with his immediate family. he is in guam now and he wants to come back to the states. can my family file a conservership to have him flown back to the states or can my mom get a power of attorney to overide his wife's power of attorney. right now his wife does not have his best interests in mind. she is just thinking about his pention. will she get that pention,that is another story. all my family want is for my brother to be where he wants to be but the wife is being difficult. if anyone out there can help please do so for my back is against the wall. |
