No help all month

I live in FL, my husband left 3 months ago willingly and for the month of August he has not given me one penny for diapers and has told me that since I am insistint on filing for divorce and because I will not go the the immigration interview with him he will hold me over a financial barrel and make my life hell.
What I want to know is what will a judge think when it is brought up of how have I been providing for the 9 month baby.
Shouldnt my husband at least by pampers and food for the child.
I do now have a restraining order because of abuse but he has not been served so there is no excuse for this.
He is also refusing to pay any bills such as the mortgage for the home and the lot rent. He has told me since he is no longer living here he will not. He actually abandoned us. I have 2 older children that are not his and it is very hard at this point because I do not go back to work until the later part of the month. I have applied for food stamp until this time that I have monies coming in. Is it still his responsibilty to provide for the baby even though he wanted his freedom, or will this go against me?
Please help

Non of the above will go 'against you' .. however, until a judge orders him to do so, he does not have to pay you anything. I suggest you continue on with the divorce and CS petition and also contact CSEA and Immigration for good measure.
