In Texas, if you had your wedding without a marriage license (but have one now), are you legally married?

Just so we're clear, do you now have a marriage license that's been completed by an authorized person and returned to the clerk?

http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/FA/htm/FA.2.htm#2.201

(a) The person who conducts a marriage ceremony shall record on the license the date on which and the county in which the ceremony is performed and the person's name, subscribe the license, and return the license to the county clerk who issued it not later than the 30th day after the date the ceremony is conducted.

I'm not able to research this much at the moment but from what I recall regarding Texas law, you were legally married when you said "I do".

Common law marriages, which Texas recognizes, usually require nothing more than the couple intending to be married and holding themselves to be married to others.

A ceremony certainly shows both
