What is the name of your state?texas My common law wife of 16 years has left our home and left me with two of her childern and one child that belongs to both of us. She has been gone 6 months and lives with another man. Does she have the any right to this house we purchase ? She has not help in any way to support this family and this house. How can I prevent her from just walking back into this house, since she abandon us? |
