no prenuptualWhat is the name of your state? CA i did not get a prenup and i was wondering if my husband had any claim on money my father had invested for me? i am over 25 years old, but my father is still listed as custodian. i'm saving this money for my children. would this money affect my eligibility for child support and alimony? should i just move the money into an account in switzerland? hehe. ![]() |

| The money before the marriage is not Marital assets. HOWEVER, interest and additional capital IS.
