medical recordsWe have letters demanding the records. The thing is, the military base is refusing the release of the child's medical records, even after we used the Ca code 3025 which states that even non-custodial parents the right to records. The base states the unless the father is active duty, or the mom says its ok, he can't get the records. The website you suggested was good info, but didn't really help. Is there another way to get those records? |
