non married,separtion of assets,arbratration

What is the name of your state?Oregon...
I would like to know what paper work to take to the arbratrator.I can't afford
A Atty. He has one. So I'm pretty much on my own.He has been out of the house we are buying together since Nov.2003 due to domestic vilolence.I got A restraining order against him, which is good for A year. Now he has filed for A seperation of assets .When he was put out of the house all the bills were 3 mos. behind and I was foreclosed on . So I have had to beg, and borrow just to keep from losing the house. I have to meet his Atty. for A deposition next week, and have all my paper work to the arbratrator the following week. We were never married but have been together 6 yrs.I don't make as much money as he does but everything I have goes to the house. What would be the upper most importent paper work I should make sure to have with me? What is good advice as far as the deposition is concerned.I'm really scared.
Help Please**************.....
