My son fixed a date for marriage with a jp.He is changing his mind. Does he need to inform the court about the cancellation? does he need to inform other partner? can he just sit back and relax

Why wouldn't he have the class and common courtesy to tell his partner he is not going to the wedding? The JP also put time aside and there may be fees associated with not showing up. So yes, he should inform everyone and not be a jerk. But the fact that mommy or daddy is here asking questions shows how juvenile he actually is.
