not married

What is the name of your state? North Carolina

We were not married but lived together for nine years. Her name is on the mortgage and title for the home. She refuses to sign the paperwork to put this in her name only. The land belongs to my parents. What do I have to do to either have her move or sign the paperwork to switch names?

**A: this is not a family law question. Post on the real estate law forum.

she owns the house but not the land it is on? is this house a trailer? just curious, I have never heard of owning the house but not the land it was built on, except for condominiums.
