NY VS. Florida MARRIAGE LAWS

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? I Live in NY, I was married in Forida My second his fourth. no wills for either, no real estate yet, only bills between us mostly in his name, we both have grown children if he dies before me other then his Ins. policy which is in order do I need to pay all his bills one with an ex wife on that credit card? and do i have to give his children anything we don't have much just motorcycles which are now in my name and financed? ARE THE LAWS DIFFERENT AS FAR AS ANYTHING CONCERNING MARRIAGE IN NY VS. FLORIDA? For example if I buy a house with my son as an investment or to live in and I die does my husband get half?
