obligations

i live in new york state.my girlfriend and her son have lived with me in my house for seven years.i have not adorted the child.am i under any legal obligations to this women or her child?

No, you are not. Except, if you want them to move out you are going to have to evict them per NY state law as a landlord evicts a tenant. If this is your case, visit the forum at this site that deals with rental laws and such.
