Odd legal Question

I live in the state of NC and it was recently brought to my attention that my middle name is spelled incorectly on my marriage licence certificate... so my question is... am I married legally ? I was told that because the name was wrong by someone that I'm not. thank you for your time... I feel really silly for asking this but I want to be sure. Once again, thank you.

Contact your states public records unit to learn what your states laws or that depts policys are for those kinds of errors.
